We were invited by the owners of a contemporary loft space to help them renovate their apartment and design custom millwork insertions to bring in a warmer material palette and a more intimate scale to the apartment’s wide open spaces. New millwork interventions were designed and inserted to complement the building’s architectural elements and are removable to minimize impact of the existing architecture. New light fixture groups and a wireless lighting controls system were added to better display the client’s contemporary art collection.
