We were invited by the owners of a contemporary loft space to help renovate their apartment and design custom millwork insertions to bring in a warmer material palette and a more intimate scale to the apartment’s wide-open spaces. New millwork interventions were designed and inserted to complement the building’s architectural elements and are removable to minimize impact on the existing architecture. New light fixture groups and a wireless lighting control system were added to better display the client’s contemporary art collection.
